Between March and April 2013, Rebecca, Janosch and Sepp recorded their fifth album with the Cape Verdean composer and musician, Tibau Tavares. A fusion of different cultures and musical sensitivity. Pupkulies e Rebecca’s electronic music, mixed with traditional sonority of Tibau’s Cape Verdean soul. Over 28 days, a secluded house facing the ocean on a small island has been the womb of that creation. A suspended time. Sentimental, happy. Always full of music, but also silences.
