First Edition of Spotting Umeå is photobook about the midsize swedish town of Umeå. It has about 117 000 citizens and was in 2009 announced as the cultural capital of Europe in 2014. At the same time the growing city is rebuilt and renewed. The book is about daily life in the shadow of all changes that takes place.
