About the Book
This off season workout was designed by the British Columbia Rowing Team back in the 1970's. It was adapted for boxing since it is a brutal abdominal workout specifically tailored for your Abs. It starts slow but ends tough. Start at half the reps at first then work up to the full count and I will guarantee it will help with your fitness.
