Valley City, North Dakota raised and University of North Dakota educated civil engineer that has been deeply involved in numerous engineered improvement projects across the US since 1992. For the past several years we have relocated a couple of businesses to the heart of the Bakken Shale Oil Play region of Western North Dakota. I am deeply concerned about how the intense energy development is impacting the small communities in the Oil and Gas producing counties and I am doing what I can to help ensure that development occurs in a manner in which it is a benefit to the town as opposed to being that which has ended it.
