This compilation of sketches draws from the early sketchbooks of Mary Sherwood Wright.



Spanning from 1914 to the 1930s, these drawings are from her times spent in Manhattan while studying at the Art Students League, summer vacationing in New England, living with family in Ohio, and traveling on her "European dream come true" journey with her mother and father in the spring of 1923.



Together, these sketches reveal her wry humor and her astute observations of daily life, family and friends.
