About the Book
Created by Anna, Laura, Bethany, Megan and Ilse Dortmans to raise funds for Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre, in Melbourne, Australia.
Recipes were collected from their Oma, Maria Dortmans' old recipe book which made the journey with her from Holland when she immigrated with her family in 1953. Four generations of the Dortmans Family from all around Australia and the Netherlands have contributed recipes of their favourite home-cooked foods.
