About the Book
Grasslands National Park, in southwestern Saskatchewan (Canada), is a visual banquet. The mixed-grass prairie ecosystem of rolling hills, a meandering river, stark badlands, and living skies provides breathtaking opportunities for landscape photography. Wildlife is abundant; visitors are few. Seasons change dramatically. Longtime nature and wildlife photographer James R. Page relocated to nearby Val Marie to have easy, year round access to the park. This book of magnificent photos will take you on an intimate tour of Canada's unknown prairie gem, Grasslands.
