Degrees in German & French, trained as a graphic designer. Worked as a designer in publishing and then film and television, working 23 years for BBC Television Design. Appointed Professor of Motion Graphics at the Academy of Media Arts, Cologne Germany. Retired in 2004, since when I have been pursuing my interests in sculpture and photography.
