On Christmas Eve 2011, each of our four daughters received a sealed envelope with their name handwritten on the front. In it contained a plane ticket to Vietnam. Six months later, our family of six departed on a 35-day life-changing backpacking adventure to Vietnam starting from the north in Hanoi travelling south-bound to Ho Chi Minh City.



This is a blog (turned book) about travel, family, volunteering and making a difference in Vietnam.
