Priyaji Peiris has experience in multiple industries, including aerospace, automotive, marketing, and fintech, displaying his ability to reach out to most of the audience. He has traveled across the world, observing different work cultures and difficulties people face. Throughout his career, he has shown success by entering the workforce as an engineer, working his way to management, managing & launching products, and starting his own businesses. Working for disruptive and highly influential companies allowed him to bring in "realistic and practical" approaches to guide our workforce. He has completed a Bachelor of Aerospace Engineering and a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration degrees.
