A photography book made entirely with an iPhone 4, during a 5.000 Km road trip along East USA. The purpose was to photograph American places with name of European cities and to confront those images with the idea we have of the original places.

Manuel Luís Cochofel lives and works in Lisbon, Portugal. He started photographing in 2000 and soon moved from small to medium format and shortly after to large format. Most of his present work revolves around portraiture, done in his small studio in the heart of Lisbon and using mostly a large format camera (4x5). Cochofel won already several photography prizes in his country and exhibits regularly.
