His travel and tourism career includes graduating from the International Tour Management Institute (I.T.M.I.) in San Francisco, California. Wayne has worked for Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, International. He worked as a commercial flight attendant for Northwest Airlines, and as a corporate flight attendant for Jet Aviation for high profile clientele. Wayne has been featured on CNN, Fox News, Ebony, Essence, Black Enterprise throughout the North America. His book, The African American Travel Guide is available in public libraries and on 110 online bookstores in seven countries. His newest books, Job Hunting Secrets Just Discovered and Change your Thoughts Change Your Life will be released in early 2016. He has earned a BS in Mass Communications and an MA in Tourism and Sales Management. He now makes his home in Penang, Malaysia.
