"The Cassandra Letters" includes poems about staying and wandering, planting and setting sail. Many characters from Greek mythology, including Cassandra, Penelope, Odysseus, Telemachus, and Nausicaa, all still walking around among us, tell parts of their stories in a contemporary, colloquial way.
