We were nine individuals who came together to explore and photograph the beauty and treasures of Vietnam. We wanted to learn its history, absorb and document the lives of its people today.



The book we have put together is a collection of our different visions, experiences and understandings. We have come to appreciate the "marriage" of cold communist Vietnam with the old and beautiful French impact on culture and architecture. Traditional markets, big modern cities, agriculture and fast pace life style all blend together and exhibit themselves in our images.



We would like to take this opportunity and thank Karl for his guidance, patients and encouragement.



Finally, since we had such a great time working together, we all hope our paths will cross again in the near future.
