    About the Book

    Edit

Aerial Yoga was invented and written by Jayne Bernasconi, owner of Yoga On York in Baltimore, MD. This book is a supplement to her aerial yoga teacher training programs (5 intensive days) that happen every January and July. The book covers the origins of aerial yoga, breath work, things to know before you turn your world upside down, the benefits of aerial yoga and how to warm up your body properly, including the shoulders and core. This book does not cover how to rig the hammock as every space is unique and different.
