About the Creator
Helllo, my book on fusion cooking is the result of my past culinary adventure, back in 1990. The starting of my first restaurant International Pasta and Pizza, in New Hyde Park in NEW YORK. My restaurant lasted only three years,but my passion for fusion cooking is still alive. I have been teaching cooking and giving cooking demonstration on my fusion cooking to various events.
