About the Creator
Stephen James Speak was born in Bolton, England in 1971 and went to school at Rivington and Blackrod High School where he became head boy. In 1989 he went to live in Australia and played professional cricket for a team called Yandina in Queensland. He returned to the UK to study sport and human movement at Cardiff Institute of Higher Education and graduated in 1994. Soon after graduation he emigrated and moved to Long Beach, California, were he worked as a teacher and played professional cricket for a few different clubs as well as being selected for the United States national team. Stephen Now lives in Mountain Home, Idaho with his son Nefyn James Speak.
