A retrospective catalogue of an exhibition at Cuckoo Farm Studios in Essex. This exhibition was a collaboration between resident artist Temple-Cox and curator Denysova, and took as it's starting point the notion of artist as outsider, in all it's various permutations. Selected from an open call, the six participating artists were either East Anglian artists who had relocated abroad, or those from around the world who now reside locally.
The work made was site-specific to the rural grounds of Cuckoo Farm. The catalogue includes short essays by both authors, as well as contemplations on the notions of art outside and outsider art by Dr Bowman and Dr Land. Published with support from Arts Council England.
