Tom Smith, Ph.D. has over 35 years of national and international multicultural consulting, presenting, training, education and counseling experience. Dr. Smith is bilingual (Spanish) and is significantly experienced working within a number of Asian and Latin cultures. He is well traveled throughout Mexico, Guatemala, Costa Rica and Southeast Asia, and he has lived and worked in the Philippine Islands, Singapore and Australia. Dr. Smith earned his M.S. in Clinical Psychology from San Jose State University and his Ph.D. in East-West Psychology and Organizational Development from the California Institute of Integral Studies, San Francisco. Now retired, he spends most of his time reading, writing and playing the violin.
