Joe was born in Queens New York where he lived for the first 15 years of his life. In the early 60’s his family moved to Southern California where he finished his schooling. He then joined the US Army during the Viet Nam era spending the next four years with the Army Security Agency. Joe then spent the next 37 years in Southern California Law Enforcement. After retiring, Joe now lives in Kansas with his wife and dogs.
