In November of 2006, using a digital camera as my brush and light as my paint, I began creating non-manipulated digital photos that capture beauty that cannot be named and mysteries that must be felt to be seen. What the camera captures is so different from what my eyes perceived that as I view the final image I am transported to a place beyond the ordinary. These abstract images are best experienced from a similar perspective that created them; one free from the restrictions of identifiers, preconceived notions, and the usual expectations.



By inviting the viewer to expand how they see their world, these images can serve as a portal to escape the mundane and provide a pathway to creating a limitless reality of one's own design.
