The pictures in this book are from a mission trip that I went on in September 2011 to Japan. Inside along with the pictures are some passages of scripture (both in English and Japanese) that really stood out to me as I witnessed both the pain and the need for hope in a region that feels largely forgotten and overlooked. In the pain and trials that we see in this life, we can take comfort in knowing that we are unforgotten.
