The Bankhead Theater became the home of Livermore Valley Opera (LVO) in October 2007. It is a marvelous venue, with astounding acoustics and great sight lines. The challenge of entering this new larger space, and the dedication of its many volunteers, steered the organization on a path to being recognized as an emerging professional opera company entering its 20th anniversary season.
