Alwin Anicete is a native of Angeles City, Philippines whose passion for the beautiful is surpassed only by his fascination with photography. Alwin’s explorations in the art began early. As a child he borrowed his sister’s camera whenever they were away on vacation so he could take photographs of interesting scenery and objects. Though he dabbled in other forms of the visual arts, it was in photography where Alwin found most satisfaction. He took lessons and attended workshops under the Federation of Philippine Photographers Foundation and Society of Portrait Photographers of the Philippines. This training has won for him awards in portrait, black and white, still life, and other photography subjects. He specialize in travel, fashion, portraiture and advertising photography. He is currently involved in digital arts and graphic design. At present, Alwin is based in Los Angeles, California and dreams of pursuing photography and graphic arts in a whole new perspective.
