The Vows are listed at the beginning of the book.

Left hand pages are formatted for tracking your vows six times a day. The spaces are numbered but left blank for you to enter the vows you're currently tracking.

Right hand pages are formatted with lifetime layperson vows already entered in upper left corner of the right page (with space for you to enter monastic vows if you're tracking them.) There's an area for a date with space to make notes for special events such as full or new moon.

The middle section is reserved for notes on your meditation and the bottom section of the page is divided for making notes on the three best and three worst actions of the day.
