About the Creator
Artists Statement: As my inner heart connects to something outside myself, I frame and click my camera often capturing an impromptu and serendipitious subject. I am constantly aware of how lines. geometry and lighting can influence the composition. I like to photograph street scenes, people, landscapes and everyday events. My love of color began in the second grade when my teacher handed me a Monet print for the first time. I broke into tears at the sight of such beauty. I seek a strong color effect because from that time forward, I have been in love with color. My darkroom is my computer and I blur the world between photography and painting through the digital artists palette. Taking risks and imprinting my own style, thoughts, and feelings into a photograph is important to me. I hope you feel the playfulness, joy, and happiness I feel when producing this work.
