I grew up in West Africa and moved permanently back to the States (my parents origins) only a few years ago. Writing is my way of understanding the world and the depths of its relationships and facets, and photography has only recently taken on a competative professional bent, but also become a deeper and more artistic way of veiwing nature at a macro level. I currently own a Canon 40D and several lenses, and being pressed into publishing my poetry by my peers I was led to use blurb to make a book encapsulating both loves.
