Since I can remember, I have been taking pictures. It was at first my mum’s fully manual Zeiss-Ikon. On my tenth birthday I received a kodak pocket with which I snapped happily for many years before breaking my piggy bank at 17 and buying myself a Nikon FG. I then discovered, the magic of reflex photography: the everlasting, never-ending quest for the perfect light, the perfect instant, the moment of truth. For the last 25 years, I have been taking pictures on 5 continents, discovering a new world behind the viewfinder and learning much more than just taking pictures.
