    About the Book

    Edit

This collection of works documenting participation in the artist-in-residence program hosted by the Himalayas Museum in Shanghai, China, and mixed media works created in Kyoto after returning to Japan. "emptiness" means "barren" and includes works that pay homage to a man who expended barren energy alone and ended his life in a remote mountain area without anyone knowing.
