Taken December 2008 thru November 2010, the photographs in this book were all created using a first generation iPhone (model no. A1203).







The picture above is of my father, Alan Metnick. He uses a Leica M2, which he's had forever. I like this picture because it reminds me that, while growing up watching him take photos, I learned to constantly look around, and, much as he does, habitually fall behind the people I'm walking with. This book is a collection of pictures taken while going about in New York City and occasional travels elsewhere. Many of the images were edited using iPhone apps, usually one of the following; TiltShiftGen, Mill Colour, or PhotoForge. Others were adjusted in Lightroom to make sure they printed well. The cover photo was made using my new iPhone 4 (model A1332).
