(B. 1979, American) Eddie Carr was born in Glendale, Arizona. At the age of 3 years old his military family moved to Europe and became accustomed to the life style while living in Germany and England, until the age of 13 when his family moved back to the United States. The work of illustrator and painter Eddie Carr has developed through encouragement and inspiration from friends and family that appear in his work over the years and through out his college career at the University of Arizona where he graduated in May 2008, with a Bachelor in Fine Art with an emphasis of Illustration. His Oil paintings of portraits and caricatures have appeared in galleries within Tucson while attending college. Eddie also does architecture paintings that are currently being sold in form of postcards, notecards and magnets at the University Park Marriott and the J.W. Starr Pass Marriott Resort and Spa gift shop. “Art is a passion that is shown through past and present existence through emotions of life.
