About the Book
My family has been hiking and fishing in Montana's Beartooth Wilderness for four generations. This is the story of one such hiking trip.
In August of 2010, my brother and I ventured into the backcountry with our fly rods to fish several of the pristine alpine lakes. Along the way, we climbed and descended multiple rock slides, down-climbed along a waterfall, interacted with the wildlife, and walked over the plateau.
