Contemporary silversmithing inspired by the structures of boats and sea-worn textures. I work mainly in silver and wood, often incorporating pieces of collected flotsam using techniques such as; hammer texturing, folding, raising and riveting. My work includes cutlery, vessels, salt and sugar bowls and silver boxes with prices starting from £150. I started using photography as a research tool for my design work and it soon became a hobby of its own, now I take my camera everywhere!
