Julian did his formal training at Lincoln Collage of Art in England. In the twenty five plus years since he has worked as a commercial photographer, and a movie stills photographer. Now as a partner in The Camera Store, his time is divided between the store, his family, and working at his art. His beautiful black & white limited edition photographs, have been exhibited in collections around the world. Although he is known for his predominately black and white square photographs, Julian has recently started to experiment with digital capture. Therefore opening up to a variety of proportions and even the odd color picture. Not surprising regardless of the format or choice of equipment, his own style strongly carries through in his work.
