About the Book
This book was written when I was going through a very hard time with my grandmother- she had heavily progressed dementia and was in hospital most of the time. I wanted to capture her memories, our fears, grief, but more than anything, I wanted her and her character to live on and tell a story, long after both of us were not around any more or couldn't remember ourselves. Dementia runs in our family.
This book will captivate those of you who have ever had a loved one with dementia or have ever lost a loved one in any way at all. It is aimed at showing that nobody is alone in their feelings, and even the most beautiful memories can still remain after a loved one is lost to us physically.
