I have lived in the hills of Tennessee all my life. Born and raised by wonderful parents. My father was a Baptist preacher and my mother a stay at home mom.I received the word that I suffered from Bi-Polar Disorder when I was 36 after trying twice unsuccessfully to take my life. I was afraid and confused. I had known for some time that things just did not make sense to me. I was aware of my problems with relationships and finances but, it was hard to comprehend. The unusual way that I would react to simple things went to the extreme. Things go from loathing and worthlessness to experiencing uncontrollable delight and fearlessness that at times would last for days, weeks even months. My life makes since now but at the same time scary. I have found comfort in writing and photography. I want my journey to open a spectrum of emotions - joy, hope, sadness, elation, and understanding of this miss-guided path. Hopefully my journey will reveal something inside of you.
