Seven week old Otter, a Seeing Eye yellow labrador retriever, comes to live with his puppy raiser family. Zoe dog and Cosmo kitty help in the raising of Otter for that first year of his life. Hopefully everyone has done a good job in helping Otter to become a well mannered dog so he'll be ready to become a great dog guide by the time he leaves.
