Becky Carnes and Melissa Velazquez began jotting down these stories with the help of their youngest sister, Katie Koop, who stars in much of the adventure. With the encouragment of their husbands, who found some of their wives' skills and experiences remarkably compelling, they compiled them into this volume for posterity.
