    We will be exploring Cooking in Florida, Caribbean Virgin Islands, Cuba, New Orleans, South American, Mexico Area, Califonia, of some of the food dishes I have experienced and cooked.



    With educating some who may have not experienced the regions like I have.



    Introducing new food items and dishes along the way.

    Started a 5 yrs. old with some good old country foods and catering Ice creams. As time progress traveled the U.S., Virgin Islands, South America, and Canada ( Niagra Falls Area), she has intern, learn and develop a new cutting edge style of foods using her creativity and experiences. As well leaning her native roots of cooking. Creativity and Innovations of the Food Business has gifted her for over 40 yrs. If you come with an open mind, open spirit, the willingness to try something new, empty stomach, and a wallet. You'll experience something you have never experience before with foods, a whole new level of euphoria of flavors. We are not like anyone around and don't like the usual that everyone else has in the county, we like things diffrent. Had past experiences with Carrabba's,Red Lobster, Jose Bashuska, A&W, House Of Flavors, Big Boy, Frankenmuth, Golden Krust, plus other independent restaurants. Have many of there recipes too!

    A 7 time winner of Chili-Cook-Offs, Hot Sauce/Salsa Winner, Florida Orange/ Citrus Association Winner ( 4 Catagories), Sugar Association, Grey Poupon, Pace Picante Sauce, Plus. Rub Elbows with Chef Paul Prudhomme, Charley Welsh, Jimmy Buffets Chef, Craig Claiborne as well as other chefs in diffrent regions.



    A portion of our money is donated to the Charity of Garret Juchniewicz-Sterling, The Mother Michelle died leaving her 4yr. son.
