I grew up on a farm in the foothills of North Carolina where I learned to climb trees, ride a bike, run from a chicken, look for knotty heads, play guitar, sing, swim in the creek, smoke a cigarette, & how to give a hickey. I have danced in the rain, star gazed, skinny dipped, ridden a mule, peed on my sister's side of the bed, and come to realize that, not only do I love to write, but little green apples can make a flat chested girl look a little older, with the help of a training bra.
