This book presents some practical business and organizational strategies, strategies that have been pragmatically and judiciously implemented by certain entities, and which have enabled those entities to become more viable.
In presenting and discussing these strategies, four areas have been considered: group motivation, managing my objectives, organizational career development and enterprise diversification.
Each aspect is presented in a separate chapter; hence, this is a four-chapter book. The strategies are largely presented in a kind of case-study format, pointing out how they have been used, or are being used, by the entities mentioned.
