Born 1937 to George and Melba Roe, in jacksonville, FL. Spent my early childhood years in Miami and Coral Gables FL. My pre-teen and teen age years were spent growing up in Lazy Lake FL, just north of Ft. Lauderdale FL. Graduated from the original Ft. Lauderdale HS, and received a Bachelors of Music Education degree from the University of Miami, FL. After 3 years in the US Army, my first wife Sharon moved to Atlanta, where I started my business career with NCR, as my father did 18 years earlier. Unfortunately, my wife and I divorced, and I opened my own franchised business called Snelling & Snelling. My business grew to 4 full sized offices, until the recession of 1978-78 forced me to close and sell my franchises. I moved from Human Resources on to Credit and Collections, ending my work career as a Senior Collections representative for Xerox LLC, a joint venture with GE Capital, here in St. Petersburg. I live with my wife Judy of 40 Years in Largo, FL
