About the Book
Mother came to visit in May, and I took her on a small adventure.
Starting in Zhangjiajie (Hunan) in heat, humidity and pouring rain, we continued to Fenghuang (Hunan) by bus (with more rain), then onto Zhenyuan (Guizhou) by taxi-bus-taxi-bus-van-van-van for hours of discomfort, before the comfort of a buick van to take us through the villages of Shidong, Xijiang and Langde, around Kailli (Guizhou).
Images from here will eventually make their way into the epic Images of China book.
