From fairy tales to family lore, from movies to the nightly news, from history lessons to current political policy, stories shape our lives and our world. They are the water we swim in. So common place and plentiful that we often don’t see them for the stories they are, but instead perceive them to be irrefutable truth. Yet they are not absolute. As much as our stories shape us we shape them, for we are storytellers with the power to both create and change the stories of our lives.



This New Covenant is a guide for creating and changing our life stories. It offers a path for living in right relationship with ourselves, with others and as a citizen of the world. Not tied to any one culture, religion or spiritual tradition, it echoes the universal truth of wisdom traditions from around the globe. Wisdom handed down from our ancestors and passed from one generation to the next.
