For 22 years, big-game fishermen along the Carolina coast have known one thing throughout the summer months every year, the South Carolina Governor’s Cup Billfishing Series. The pursuit for billfish begins with the waking before dawn, the essence of salt air in the early morning, the journey to the fishing grounds, & the rhythm of the fast troll through the gulf stream of the Atlantic, out far & in deep, in hopes of landing the elusive Blue Marlin.
