They sailed from the Italian Riviera (San Remo, Portofino) to St Tropez, where the main party took place
As a complete surprise to Roz, Nigel had organised Gordon Ramsay's partner with the 'Maze' restaurants, Jason Atherton, to be the chef, who created a most spectacular menu
