My ideas derive strongly from my work in painting, drawing and photography. I strive to explore the dark, dirty and normally unseen areas of the world. The emphasis is on stark contrasts in light and great detail in the rough and untouched areas of cityscapes and manmade structures taken back over by the very natural landscapes they replaced. I want to combine my skills in these very different subjects together to convey images of what so many walk right past or never take the time to look for. There are so many amazing pictures in this world that so many will never see. The job of artists is to show the world what is hidden and what can be created. This is my contribution.
