About the Book
Borrowed Height tells the story of a small bonsai, a patient gardener, and a branch that grows beyond its intended shape.
Through poetic storytelling and expressive black-and-white illustrations, Mexican artist Fer Quirarte explores the delicate relationship between growth, loss, attachment, and letting go.
A contemporary illustrated fable about the things we carry, the changes that shape us, and the quiet strength we discover when life asks us to let go.
A story about what stays with us.
