About the Book
Welcome to Goddessarts Magazine Issue 22!
Goddessarts Magazine is a contemporary, international, artist run art magazine based in Germany. We are an embracing art community that values diversity and shares the unique stories of creatives.
In this issue, we are proud to present a powerful collection of contemporary art and personal stories from artists around the world. At its heart is our My Voice, My Story project, created as a space for artists to share personal experiences of violence, abuse, trauma, and other difficult life experiences through their art and their own words. We are also featuring the Shame Must Change Sides project, which confronts violence against women and challenges the culture of shame and victim-blaming that so often surrounds it. Together, these projects give voice to experiences that are too often silenced and highlight the courage, resilience, and transformative power of turning personal stories into art.
With every issue, you not only receive a beautiful magazine full of inspiring art and empowering stories, but you also support humanitarian projects that we contribute to. For Issue 22, we have chosen to support Women for Afghan Women. You can find more information about our commitment and the projects we have supported in the past on our website.
More highlights of this issue:
- Marissa Madonna’s stunning hyperrealistic drawings
-Yuliya Greben’s powerful paintings exploring the innerverse
-Trishna Singh’s magical and transcendental artworks depicting infinite realms
-Joanna Pilarczyk’s vibrant paintings depicting human diversity
-Troy Bunch’s impressive female figures, blending imaginative realism with surrealism
