LETTER FROM THE EDITOR
Issue 42 • July 2026
There is something remarkable about reaching a milestone, but there is something even more meaningful about what comes after it.
With Issue 42, we enter the second chapter of Desnudo Magazine's tenth year. Anniversaries invite reflection, but they also ask an important question: What do you do after proving you can last? For us, the answer has always been simple. We keep creating. We keep discovering. We keep believing that photography can reveal something words often cannot.
Over the past decade, Desnudo has become more than a publication. It has become an archive of vulnerability, confidence, beauty, identity, and human connection. Every page represents a collaboration between people willing to trust one another enough to create something that will outlive a fleeting moment on a screen.
In a world that moves faster every day, where images appear and disappear in seconds, print quietly reminds us that some stories deserve permanence. A magazine isn't simply read—it is collected, revisited, passed from one pair of hands to another. Long after trends fade and algorithms change, these pages remain exactly as they were intended: tangible proof that creativity has a home.
Issue 42 continues that promise.
Inside these pages, you'll discover artists and subjects who remind us that authenticity is never manufactured. It is found in the quiet moments, the fearless expressions, the unexpected details, and the courage to be seen exactly as you are. Every editorial is a conversation. Every portrait is an invitation to look a little longer. Every story is another thread woven into the ever-growing fabric of Desnudo.
This issue would not exist without the extraordinary photographers who trusted us with their vision. My deepest gratitude goes to Norbert Zsolyomi, Davide Pavan, JORGE ANAYA, and, with equal appreciation, to every collaborator who helped shape these pages. It is an honor to stand alongside artists who continue to challenge
